Terms and Conditions

1. CANCELED ORDERS
All authorized cancelations are subject to a 25% Cancelation/Processing Fee.
Merchandise that cannot be canceled: The following items may not be canceled or returned, other than those that are covered by warranty:
1. Private label items
2. Special orders (any item not stocked by KindCare Medical Seating)
3. Any product with expiration dates
4. If an order is cancelled once the item has shipped, our standard Return Policy applies. You will need to accept delivery of the item, obtain a required RMA from KindCare Medical and then ship the item back at your expense.

2. RETURNED ORDERS
Eligibility: Merchandise, other than that covered by warranty, must meet the following criteria in order to be accepted for return:
1. Request for returns due to customer error will only be accepted for 30 days after shipment date.
2. Merchandise must be unused and in the original packaging as well as in new and resalable condition.
3. Merchandise must be properly packaged, un-opened, in the same quantity as sold, and returned in the original shipping carton to avoid freight damage.
4. Credit will not be given for items damaged due to improper packaging or freight damage.
5. All returns are subject to inspection. We reserve the right to determine at our sole discretion whether an item qualifies for credit or for return as warranty, quality or defective goods (other than for freight damage) and whether to repair, replace or partially replace any such item.
6. Serialized items are not eligible for return if the serial number identifier of the item returned is different, missing, damaged, tampered with or otherwise altered or modified.
7. Refused orders will be charged a 25% restocking fee. The customer will also be responsible for all associated freight charges such as freight to the customer and back to a warehouse. This does not apply to orders refused due to freight damage.

RETURN CHARGES: All returns, other than warranty and damaged items, are subject to a handling/restocking fee of 25% of the sale price of the item

NON-RETURNABLE MERCHANDISE: The following items may not be returned, other than those that are covered by warranty:
1. Private label items
2. Special orders (any item not stocked by KindCare Medical Seating)
3. Custom or discontinued items
4. Any product with expiration dates
5. Any product that for hygienic reasons cannot be brought back into stock.
6. Sterile products
7. Any product with special handling and storage specifications such as those with temperature or humidity requirements

3. FREIGHT DAMAGE
FOR YOUR PROTECTION READ CAREFULLY Please make certain that you note any - even the slightest - damage to the shipping carton on the shipping receipt when you sign for your bed and keep your copy for your records. Freight damage is the responsibility of the shipper, and claims for freight damage must be made directly with the shipper.
KindCare Medical Seating "is not" responsible for freight damage. Merchandise is inspected prior to packing. All claims for damages must be made by you against the carrier. The carrier accepted this merchandise “in good condition” and is responsible for safe delivery. Before signing the freight bill, inspect the shipment carefully for damage or missing pieces.
APPARENT LOSS OR DAMAGE Should visual inspection show loss or damage, this MUST be noted on the freight bill and signed by the carrier’s agent. Failure to do so may result in the carrier refusing to honor the claim. Please contact the carrier to obtain the paperwork necessary to file a claim.
CONCEALED LOSS OR DAMAGE If damage is discovered after delivery is made, a concealed damage claim must be entered with the freight carrier. When this occurs, make a written request to the carrier for inspection. A request for inspection must be made within 15 days of delivery. The carrier will provide the necessary paperwork for filing a concealed damage or loss claim, as such damage or loss is the carrier’s responsibility.
