International Shipping

We enjoy working with our Customers all over the world. However, KindCare Medical is not licensed to ship product to overseas destinations. What we can do is ship your product to an International Freight Forwarder of your choice within the United States for example FedEx, UPS and Access USA. These companies will then provide you with the applicable freight charges and prepare all paperwork and documentation. Once the product is ready for shipment they will review all documents to ensure that everything is in order. The price of the recliners includes the cost of the product only before any transport costs are included. The buyer bears all costs and risks involved in taking the goods from our premises to the desired destination. This is referred to as FOB.

Access USA Shipping
1. Register with Access USA at myus.com and receive a US Shipping Address
2. KindCare Medical will ship the items you purchased to your new US Shipping Address
3. Access USA will then forward your items to you anywhere in the world
Access USA is the leader in package and mail forwarding. They receive packages on behalf of our customers and then consolidate the merchandise, repack, and ship it to our customers overseas. Access USA also prepares all of the necessary customs paperwork for each shipment.
